CHILDREN POLICY:
Children 7 and below can stay in the resort for free under perennial guidance.
Maximum number of children allowed to stay for free depends on the room type booked.
Passport or copy of birth certificate should be provided
for verification purposes. Failure to provide said documents will be subject to adult charge.
PREPAYMENT:
Prepayment is required to confirm your reservation. This is nonrefundable.
The remaining balance shall be paid at the Resort.
If you book whit a hotel booking site so is the booking prepaid.
INCIDENTAL DEPOSIT
PHP2000 cash deposit will be asked upon check-in for incidental charges. Should there be no additional charges incurred, the full amount will be refunded upon check-out.
NO-SHOW:
Prepayment will be forfeited if you do not arrive within 24 hours of the check-in date and time of the resort
